Terms & Conditions

Payment

We accept payment by cheque, credit/debit card or PayPal transfer.
We can issue proforma invoices to schools, businesses etc if needed.
Minimum order value - £10.00 for Cyclamen, Dwarf Box and Willow Cuttings (£20.00 for long willow whips).

Delivery

Goods available for immediate delivery will be sent by First Class Post, Royal Mail Special Delivery or carrier (TNT) as appropriate, within
 (at the most) 2 working days or by arrangement.
PLEASE NOTE - We only send to UK addresses.

Please note - Royal Mail Special Delivery and the carrier (TNT) require a signature.

Carriage Charges

Willow Whips, Bundles & Kits - £15.00
Otherwise (willow cuttings, cyclamen corms, box plants) - £2.50

Value Added Tax

We are currently not registered for VAT.

Returns Policy

We are sure that you will be pleased with your purchase, however, we will refund the cost of the goods if returned in good health.

All information collected from you is needed to complete the order, and will be used for this purpose ONLY.

Statutory Rights
